Representing Employers in Welfare and Education Across Zimbabwe
The Welfare and Educational Institutions Employers Association (WEIEA) is a legally recognised employer body operating under the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].
We represent all employers in the welfare and education sectors, including independent and mission schools, tertiary institutions, welfare organisations, NGOs, and religious organisations. As a social partner at the National Employment Council for Welfare and Educational Institutions (NECWEI), we promote fair labour practices, guide employers in compliance with statutes, and advocate for professional standards across the industry.
